01

Choose one employee question

Choose insurance basics, beneficiary organization, retirement-income questions or life-event preparation. A focused session is easier to follow than a broad product presentation.

02

State the role of the session

General education can explain concepts and preparation. Individual recommendations, applications and quotes belong in a separate licensed conversation requested by the employee.

03

Protect voluntary participation

Attendance and personal follow-up should be voluntary. Employers should not receive an employee’s personal insurance or health information from the session.

04

Use a simple session agenda

Set the topic, explain the terms, work through one preparation example and leave time for general questions.

  • Open with the session purpose and privacy boundary.
  • Explain the selected insurance or retirement topic.
  • Walk through the worksheet without collecting personal answers.
  • Close with optional next steps and general questions.
05

Give people a practical takeaway

Worksheets summarize questions and documents people can use with their own professionals.
